How much does carpet cleaning cost?
It depends on how much floor there is (square footage matters more than the number of rooms), how dirty the carpet is, what’s in it besides dirt, such as pet urine, and what else you want cleaned while we’re there. Stairs are priced separately. We give you a figure before any equipment comes off the van, with no surprise line items afterward.
What changes the price →What should I have ready for a quote?
The approximate square footage or the rooms involved, the type of flooring, whether there are stairs, and where the trouble spots are. Photos help. If it’s a move-out and you want your deposit back, say so: landlords and property managers often want a record of what was cleaned.

Usually, yes. Urine soaks past the carpet fibers into the pad and sometimes the subfloor, so surface cleaning leaves the smell behind. We find the spots with a UV light and a moisture meter, flush and extract the contaminated layers, and neutralize the odor instead of masking it. If the pad is saturated, we’ll tell you it needs replacing before you pay for cleaning alone.

Yes. Most area rugs come out better cleaned off-site: dusted first to get the grit out, washed with a solution matched to the fiber, rinsed until the water runs clear, and dried flat under controlled air. Wool gets gentler treatment than synthetic carpet. Low-pile synthetic rugs and big room-size rugs can often be cleaned in place.

The heat, the vacuum and the water all come from equipment in our van, run through hoses into the building. That’s what separates it from a rental machine: the equipment stays in the van instead of being wheeled through your house. It also means the van needs to park reasonably close to the work.
Can you clean my RV before the Sturgis rally?
Yes. We clean RV and aircraft interiors: carpet, upholstery and odor treatment. A typical coach takes a few hours, usually right where it’s parked. Book two to four weeks ahead, because the stretch just before the rally is our busiest of the year for RV work.
